    1. We get in touch

      We look at your request and get in touch within 3 working days.

    2. 1–2 weeks

      Measuring and drawings

      Once you decide, we measure your space to the millimetre. You receive technical drawings and a 3D view for your approval.

    3. 4–8 working weeks

      Production and fitting

      Made in our own workshop in Kruisem and fitted by our own team.

    About your quote

    Is a quote free?

    Yes. A quote from Domino is completely free and non-binding.

    What information do you need?

    The more information you provide, the more accurately we can prepare your quote. For a staircase, we like to receive building plans, available dimensions and the floor-to-floor height. For doors, we need the dimensions of the door openings. In a renovation, photos of the existing situation help us assess the project better.

    Can I get a quote at the showroom?

    Yes. Bring your plans, measurements and any photos to our showroom in Nazareth or Asse. Together we discuss the design and finish and, with enough information, we can often prepare a quote right away.

    Can I ask for a quote for stairs and doors at the same time?

    Of course. To keep everything clear and organised, we prepare a separate quote for the stairs and for the doors. If you want to compare different designs or options, we can also prepare separate proposals for those.

    How long does it take from quote to completion?

    That depends on the product and the chosen design. After a staircase is ordered, the measuring and technical drawings follow, usually within one to two weeks. After your approval, the time for production and installation is usually four to eight working weeks.

    Thanks to our automated production line, paint-finish and block-frame doors can often, depending on how busy we are, be ready for collection or delivery within one to two weeks. Veneer and white lacquer doors need extra production steps and finishing, so the delivery time is longer. For doors that we install ourselves, we agree a separate installation date.
