Your door, finished the way you want it
Made-to-measure interior doors
Besides the type of door, you also choose the finish yourself. For example, a paint-finish door can be finished in a colour of your choice, or grooves can be milled into the door leaf. The door handle, visible or concealed hinges and the type of lock are also matched to your wishes. For extra comfort, options include a magnetic lock and a rubber seal. That way, not only the door itself but every detail suits your interior.

Door types
Which door suits your interior?

Paint-finish doors
A paint-finish door is delivered ready to paint and can be finished entirely in the colour of your interior. It is available in various sizes and designs, with a choice of frames, grooves, glass openings and door handles.

White lacquer doors
White lacquer doors come pre-finished with a white lacquer coat and can be installed straight away. They give the interior a polished, timeless look and are available in several models and sizes.

Veneer doors
Veneer doors are finished with a thin layer of real wood. This keeps the natural grain of the wood visible and gives every door its own character. The wood species, colour and finish are matched to your interior.

Block-frame doors
A block-frame door has no surround around the door opening. The door leaf is combined with a solid rubberwood block frame, which makes for a strong and durable build. The frame can sit completely flush with the wall or protrude slightly, so it lines up neatly with the thickness of the skirting board.

Plastered-in doors
With a plastered-in door, the frame is built into the wall. There are no visible surrounds, and the door leaf sits flush against the wall. Floor-to-ceiling versions are also possible.

Steel doors
Wrought-iron and aluminium doors combine slim profiles with large areas of glass. They let a lot of light through while clearly separating the spaces. The layout and dimensions are fully made to measure.

Sliding doors
A sliding door takes up no swing space, so it suits both spacious and compact interiors. It can be a striking feature or be integrated discreetly into the wall. The design is fully adapted to the space available.
Fire doors
Fire-resistant doors slow the spread of fire and smoke for a set period of time. They are installed where extra fire safety is required and are available in various finishes, so their appearance also fits the interior.

Plank doors
A plank door consists of individual wooden planks that together form a single door leaf. The visible division and natural grain give the door a warm, country look. The wood species, plank direction and finish are matched to your interior.

Solid doors
Solid doors are made entirely from solid wood. They feel sturdy, last a long time and keep the natural look of the wood. Every door is made to measure, with a choice of models and finishes.

Glass doors
Glass doors let light flow freely through the home and keep rooms visually connected. You choose clear, frosted or tinted glass, with hardware that suits your interior. Every door is made to measure for a light and open look.

Frequently asked questions
What customers ask us most.
Will I be without doors for long when I have my interior doors replaced?
No. During the measurement we remove the door frame trim on one side so we can see and measure the exact wall opening. The existing door stays in place and remains usable. Only on installation day do we remove the old door and immediately replace it with the new one.
Is a non-standard door size a problem?
No. We make every door fully to measure so it fits your wall opening perfectly. You are not limited to standard sizes. Full-height doors that run all the way up to the ceiling are also possible.
When can the doors be measured?
The final measurement takes place once the door openings, floor heights and wall thicknesses are fixed. This lets us produce every door to the millimetre and make sure it fits correctly.
How do I maintain my doors?
Clean the door with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning product. Do not use abrasive products or large amounts of water. For solid and veneered doors, the right maintenance depends on the chosen finish.
What is the difference between a block door and a plastered-in door?
A block door has a solid block frame without architrave. The frame can sit flush with the wall or protrude slightly to meet the skirting board. With a plastered-in door, the frame is built into the wall and is practically invisible once finished.
Are concealed hinges possible?
Yes. Depending on the chosen door type, we can fit concealed hinges. When the door is closed the hinges are not visible, giving a cleaner finish.
Can paint-grade doors be finished in a colour of my choice?
Yes. Paint-grade doors can be delivered ready for painting or be finished by us in a colour of your choice, so the doors blend in with the walls or other elements in the interior.
Where do you install?
Well beyond East Flanders. From Kruisem and our showrooms in Nazareth and Asse we install across Flanders, from Bruges and Kortrijk through Ghent and Aalst to Antwerp and Limburg. We also work regularly in Wallonia. Feel free to ask about your municipality.
